Michael J. Guyette, Eagin, Minn. was named president and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Guyette previously was president of national accounts for Aetna in Hartford, Conn., and held senior leadership positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.
