Mary Parrish

Mary Kay Parrish (M.M.), Shawnee, Okla. :: Professor Emeritus of music at Oklahoma Baptist University, was inducted into OBU’s third Faculty Hall of Fame class in November. A respected handbell composer and clinician, she served on the faculty there from 1964 to 2002 and founded the University Ringers, which she directed for 19 years. She also was honored with the Lifetime Ministry Award at the Baptist Church Music Conference.
