Margaret Reynolds Hoge, Oklahoma City, Okla. was named the 2012 Oklahoma Elementary Art Educator of the Year by the Oklahoma Art Education Association. The award recognizes classroom activities, student accomplishments, publications, exhibits and other community involvement. Margaret is teaching in her 12th year at Heritage Hall in Oklahoma City.
