George O'Dell

George ‘Digger’ O’Dell ('69 M.S.), Encinitas, Calif. :: retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, was inducted into the U.S. Special Operations Commando Hall of Honor in May by U.S. Navy Admiral Eric Olsen in recognition of his leadership and significant personal achievements while serving in special operations forces. At North Texas, he was the president of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
