Frank Fuller

Frank Fuller ('75 M.Ed., ‘90 Ph.D.), Natchitoches, La. :: has retired as professor of adult education at Northwestern State University. An Episcopal priest, he serves as vicar of Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Winnfield, La. He is married to Jane Newcomer Fuller (’75 M.S., ’89 Ph.D.).
