Felicia Rogers

Felicia Mercer Rogers, Arlington, was named executive vice president of Decision Analyst Inc., a marketing research and analytics firm. She joined the company more than three decades ago, after earning a bachelor’s in business administration at UNT, and advanced into various managerial roles. A lecturer at area universities, she enjoys volunteering for community nonprofit initiatives.
