Elizabeth Carter

Elizabeth Wagner Carter, Fort Worth :: was elected president of the JPS Health Network medical staff. In addition to her faculty position in the JPS Department of Family Medicine, she serves as medical director for physician quality and director of quality improvement programs for the family medicine and family practice residency programs.
