Edith Raoult (M.Ed.), Averdon, France, was a high school teacher until 2022 and now teaches French to adults who came to France from Afghanistan, Africa and others countries. In 2020, she wed a French farmer and now lives on a farm in a house that dates back to 1489 near the Chambord Castle. At UNT, she earned a master’s in education. In her free time, she promotes French gastronomic food.
