Debra Rose

Debra Rose ('89), Lewisville accepted a human resources director position with Carrier Enterprise last year. She also launched a nonprofit organization called Leadership Nation, to develop young people into leaders through youth conferences and mentoring programs, following them from middle school through college and making sure they get through without any personal college loans. She chose UNT partly because her high school math teacher, Paula Davidson, was an alum. “At the time I didn't realize how this one decision would change my life,” Debra says. “I’m so amazingly blessed.”
