David Toney

David Toney, Houston has completed training to become an American Arbitration Association arbitrator. He is a partner and construction team leader for the Houston law firm Adams and Reese, which he joined in 2008 to help lead its construction and real estate litigation practice. He practices primarily in the areas of construction disputes, commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury defense and toxic tort litigation. He served as president of the Houston Bar Association’s Construction Law Section in 2011. He has been listed as a Texas Super Lawyer since 2012 and was on the Texas Rising Stars list from 2008 to 2011.
