David Dollar (M.S., ’03 Ph.D.), Fort Worth received the Chancellor’s Award for Exemplary Teaching for the Tarrant County College Southeast Campus, the highest teaching honor given to TCC faculty. He has served as a chemistry associate professor at TCC for 11 years and has a total of 25 years of experience in education.
