Charles Luke

Charles Luke (Ed.D.), Lipan has been appointed to the Child Welfare League of America’s Faith-Based Advisory Committee. He will be part of a national group of faith leaders who will help the league expand their work into the faith arena. He currently serves as executive director of the Tarrant County Spiritual Care Network in Fort Worth.
