Ben Patterson

Ben Patterson, Austin serves as a preparedness section administrator for the Texas Division of Emergency Management, where he oversees the organization’s training, technical hazards and exercise units. He previously served as recovery section administrator and has served as state coordinating officer for several disasters. His 17 years of experience in emergency management and grant administration includes serving as emergency management coordinator for the city of Arlington and administrator for the Department of Public Safety’s State Administrative Agency for Homeland Security grants.
