Alison Hearst, Fort Worth received an Oklahoma Art Writing and Curatorial Fellowship. She is a curatorial research assistant at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, co-founder of experimental art collaborative Subtext Projects, and a regular contributor to Art Critical, Art Lies and Glasstire. The new yearlong fellowship program presented by the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition in partnership with the University of Oklahoma School of Art amp; Art History and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art includes mentors from the art world to encourage new writing that engages audiences in contemporary art.
