Rose Margaret Bezdek, 94, of Denton, a member of the Chilton Society and College of Music Dean’s Camerata, died Feb. 28, 2026. Her late husband, Jim, Professor Emeritus of education, taught at UNT while Rose raised their four children and served as a volunteer. She was an establishing donor for The Czech Educational Foundation of Texas Dr. Jim J. and Rose A. Bezdek Endowment Fund at UNT. She enjoyed cooking and traveling.
