Mary Elizabeth Grubbs (’42), Crandall :: At North Texas, she was a Green Jacket and named Who's Who Among Students in American Universities. She retired after more than 30 years of service as secretary to the captain at the Seagoville Federal Correctional Institution. In retirement, she was an active volunteer with many organizations within her community. Survivors include her niece, Shirley Grubbs Latham (’68, ’71 M.M.).
