      Lura McKelva Morris (’39), Bonham :: During her 100 years of life, she ran her family’s mattress and interiors factory, and was a writer, painter and avid sports fan. She also enjoyed sewing, cooking and flower arranging. She was a speech and drama major at North Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband L.B. Morris, who attended North Texas in the 1930s and was a star athlete on the football, basketball and track teams, and was inducted into the North Texas Athletics Hall of Fame.
