Sherry Ann Switzer Muir, Sanger. After teaching elementary school in Sanger, she was an agency accountant and a certified insurance counselor for Muir Insurance Agency, the business she and her husband, Richard Muir (’68), built together from 1975 until 2007. She was the worship organist at First Baptist Church of Sanger for more than 30 years and played the piano for weekly worship services at the Care Inn of Sanger for more than 25 years. Survivors in addition to her husband include her children, Thomas Muir (’93, ’93 M.S.) and Tresa McNeal (’96).
