03/19/2013 05:42:00 PMThe photo of students waiting in line to register ('Dear North Texan,' winter 2012) brought back memories of the difficulties of registration in the 1950s. story My favorite Homecoming memory ("Dear North Texan," winter 2012) was in 1991 watching the entire Mean Green marching band march down to the Union to vote one of their own into the Homecoming court.
