UNT students Renee Looney, Nicholas Williams, Rene Robles, Logan Gregory, Quinton Pisciotta, Jason Hurd and Jasmine Sellers won first place at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) University Case Competition in March.

In the competition, teams from several universities faced the question of how to make value from an underutilized space in Dallas with limited funding and financing problems. The UNT team won $5,000 for its solution.
