    The staff members of UNT Dining Services’ Clark Bakery knead love into every batch of dough, including their croissants. The flaky, delicious, buttery croissants -- both a breakfast treat and the essential ingredient in many sandwiches -- are part of the 35,000 meals served daily at UNT.
