Campus NewsDiversitystory Rosa Clemente, a journalist, scholar-activist and community organizer, delivered the keynote address at the 2018 Equity and Diversity Conference at UNT in February. Themed "Access Granted: Building Bridges to Inclusion," the conference offered workshops on topics such as coalition building, citizenship and immigration, and organizational change as a way to promote dialogue, awareness and action. Clemente addressed identity intersectionality as a bridge to inclusion. Scholar, educator and activist Dafina-Lazarus (DL) Stewart also spoke at the conference.
