	Nandika D'Souza
 

For her dedication, leadership and advocacy of women in engineering, Nandika D'Souza, associate dean for undergraduate studies in UNT's College of Engineering, was recently named to the Women in Engineering ProActive Network board of directors. The organization's mission is to propel higher education to increase the number of and advance the prominence of diverse communities of women in engineering. D'Souza aims to help develop processes to retain female faculty in academia.
