Ana Armenta ('15) is spending her first summer out of college at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland, attending a four-week intensive program that accepts only 21 students from around the world.
Armenta knew it was right for her because she loves Irish theatre and wanted one-on-one direction.
She appeared in the lead role of the UNT production of The Diver's Wife and would like to pursue acting as a career. She originally intended to go into production.
"But, I took an acting class, loved it and stuck with it," she says. "My education has really helped me refine my skills and explore different ways of approaching a role or a project."
