Zach Friedensohn

Zach Friedensohn, Atlanta, is the founder of G&R Construction, a fast-growing general contracting firm based in Atlanta. After earning his degree in business and real estate from UNT, Zach quickly immersed himself in construction – starting hands-on in the field and managing capital projects across multifamily properties. In 2019, he launched G&R Construction with a focus on reliability, transparency and client service. Today, the company specializes in commercial ground-up builds, renovations and tenant buildouts, serving clients across the Southeast.
