The dystopian adventure begins with diggers Nate and Abe in a post-disaster America, working to buy passage to a better land as they face environmental disasters, supernatural phenomena and other challenges along the way. The second installment, Scattered Ashes: Dread Repose, was released in November 2013. The two friends planned and wrote much of the books through Skype and Facetime sessions.Yesclass-notes
