Russell Livingston

Russell L. Livingston, Mansfield retired from the Cedar Hill ISD in June. He taught in the Fort Worth ISD for 16 years, and was an assistant principal and principal in the Arlington and Cedar Hill ISDs. He now does consulting work in parent education.
