The Rev. Kyev Tatum

The Rev. Kyev Tatum, Fort Worth, has been selected as a Racial Justice and Religion Fellow with the Religion and Society Program at the Aspen Institute in Washington, D.C. The program aims to strengthen social cohesion and ignite change by researching the challenges and opportunities that the convergence of religion, culture and justice have in society. He is pastor of New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church, serves as the White House ally for the My Brother’s Keeper initiative and founded a tutor-mentor program at Trimble Tech High School to help high-risk youth. He also is president of the Ministers Justice Coalition of Texas.
