Vermillion (M.L.S.), Dallas, wrote her third book, A Reading Partner for Emerald (TCU Press), about a lonely lizard in search of a reading partner. The retired librarian was a member of Beta Phi Mu and Kappa Delta while at UNT and she enjoyed information science classes taught by the late Dr. Elizabeth Figa.
