Jim Ragsdale (M.B.A.), Mabank :: who earned his M.B.A. at North Texas after five years of night school, has written the e-book Are You Coming or Going? about the value of the degree. Jim, pictured with his green hat and green El Camino, is a successful real estate broker at Cedar Creek Lake and says “determination pays dividends.”
