Gyna Bivens

Gyna Bivens, Fort Worth, mayor pro tem of the city of Fort Worth, was elected by the National League of Cities to serve a one-year term on the NLC Board of Directors. The organization represents more than 200 million people across the country and works to strengthen local leadership, influence federal policy and drive innovative solutions. Bivens represents Fort Worth’s Council 5 district.
