Connie Corona

Connie Corona  Connie Trimble Corona, Austin, is the deputy executive director of the Public Utility Commission of Texas. As the former chief program officer for the PUCT, she facilitated the market analysis, customer protection, infrastructure, rate regulation divisions and legal divisions. She started her first job with the PUCT in 1997 as a policy analyst and later advanced to the position of director of electric policy analysis. She worked as director of regulatory affairs of the company NRG Energy before returning to the PUCT. She also is secretary of the executive board for the State Agency Council to the Governor’s Commission for Women.
