Candelario Elizondo, Houston has retired from practicing law after serving as assistant district attorney for Harris County from 1974 to 1980 and working in private practice until 2016. He was past president of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association and past president of the Texas Longhorn Breeders Association Gulf Coast.
