Adrian G. Cadar, Nashville, Tennessee, received the 2022 Texas TRIO Achiever Award for his significant civic, community and professional contributions. He participated in UNT TRIO's Talent Search and McNair Scholars Program. He is working on his internal medicine residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center with plans to work as a physician-scientist in the field of cardiovascular medicine.
