Zarina Blankenbaker (Ph.D.), The Colony :: was inaugurated as president of the Tarrant County College Northwest Campus in June. She has worked for more than 23 years in higher education, working as a faculty member, financial counselor and administrator. She recently served as executive vice president of academic affairs and student success at Richland College in Dallas. She was named the college’s Administrator of the Year in 2008.
