Toby Osburn (M.Ed., ’08 Ed.D.), Lake Charles, La., was appointed as an instructor with the Academy of Counter-Terrorist Education National Center for Biomedical Research and Training at Louisiana State University. He continues to work as dean of student services at McNeese State University and as a licensed professional counselor in private practice.
