Rosiland Davis, Texarkana, completed the Leadership Women America 2021 class. The sessions were a combination of virtual and face-face meetings in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. Davis also is a 2014 Leadership Texarkana and 2016 Leadership Women Texas graduate. She is currently serving on the Liberty-Eylau ISD Board of Trustees.
