Roland “Ron” H. Duncan (M.P.A.), Lewisville :: was promoted to assistant vice president of contract administration at DFW International Airport. His responsibilities include the planning, organization, supervision and administration of programs for centralized contracting functions for all DFW Airport departments. He has worked at the airport since 1995, serving as contract administrator until 2000, when he was promoted to senior contract administrator. In 2006, he was named contracts manager. In 2016, Ron was awarded the airport’s Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion award. He also is active in the DFW Metroplex chapter of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing for which he has served as chapter president, second vice president and secretary and was named Chapter Member of the Year three times.
