Raquel Daniels (’09 M.J.), Richardson, recently was named chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). In this role, she will support initiatives for the five health insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. She boasts 20 years of experience in the DEI field. She previously worked as director of diversity, equity and inclusion for Southwest Airlines; vice president of marketing at Witherite Law Group; chief strategy officer at OCG+; and vice president of D&I best practices and integration at Camelot Strategic Marketing and Media.
