PETER J. FOLLIARD, Sioux Falls, S.D., has published the book The Bach Initiative: Flexible Chorales for Ensemble Musicianship (GIA Publications), a series of Bach chorales that he used to increase the unity of ensembles when he was director of Air Force Strings, part of the U.S. Air Force Band and Orchestra, and now as director of orchestras at Augustana University. At UNT, he studied under Brian Bowman.
