Peter Folliard, Sioux Falls, S.D. :: completed his D.M.A. at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y., in 2017 and was hired as the director of orchestras at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, S.D. While at Eastman, he worked as a conducting fellow with the Rochester Philharmonic. He previously served as an officer and conductor of the U.S. Air Force Band in Washington D.C. He says he is a proud student of Brian Bowman, Regents Professor of Euphonium, and says his favorite UNT memory was “every day I was in the College of Music.”
