Noble Crawford, Fort Worth :: is the co-founder of H.O.P.E. Farm, Inc. (HFI), which has served more than 250 at-risk boys and their mothers since 1989. The program provides activities including an academic program, Bible Study and character building program, summer camp, Kids Cafe and boys choir. He also served in the U.S. Air Force and is a retired Texas Department of Public Safety criminal investigator.
