LaToya Rowell, Plano, was promoted to vice president, community affairs manager at Comerica, making her responsible for assisting with the management of external community initiatives and partnerships, Comerica’s Diversity Business Resource Groups, and corporate volunteer programing with a focus in low- and moderate-income communities. She started her career 15 years ago as an administrative assistant, and over the years, she’s held various positions within its business affairs, charitable contributions and external affairs departments. At UNT, she was a member of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society and the Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society.
