Kate Lattimore Norris (M.B.A.), Fort Worth, was promoted to vice president of Pavlik and Associates, a public relations and communications firm based in Fort Worth. Kate has been working with the firm for 12 years, most recently as the director of community engagement. As vice president, she will lead the development and execution of communication strategies for the firm’s public and private sector clients and will continue her involvement with community engagement.
