Jeff Sodoma (M.P.A.), Virginia Beach, Va. :: and his wife, Melanie, welcomed their second daughter on Sept. 7, 2017. Charlotte Jade Sodoma weighed in at 8 pounds and 14.7 ounces, with a length of 20.87 inches. Jeff is a December 2017 graduate of Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, and Melanie is a registered nurse at Sentara Princess Anne General Hospital.
