Henry O. Adkins (M.P.A.), Plano, and his wife, Sue, co-wrote the book Common Sense Parents: Raising Great Kids in the 21st Century (Cheudi Publishing). Henry, an inspirational speaker who conducts workshops and lectures around the country, says that with his first child he thought he knew a little about raising kids, but by the time of his third child he understood he “did not know squat.” He says what worked every time was common sense.
