Glynna Christian, Menlo Park, Calif. :: has been appointed to the board of trustees of NHPF, a not-for-profit real estate corporation that works to create affordable multifamily housing for low-income families and seniors. She also serves as co-head of the Global Technology Transactions practice at Orrick law firm, where she advises on mergers and acquisitions, financings, public offerings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. She has more than 20 years of experience counseling clients on emerging and transformative technology, communications, media and data transactions. Glynna has lectured for a variety of professional organizations and written numerous articles on technology and digital transactions. She also serves on the board of directors of Legal Momentum and the Children’s Arts Guild.
