Emmanuel Fasanya, Dallas, is the owner of Elite Alliance Physical Therapy, the first Black-owned, state-of-the-art physical therapy clinic in Dallas, which he founded with his best friend from high school, NFL retiree Taylor Gabriel. The clinic offers pioneering technology and a range of services to assist patients during their rehabilitation journey. Emmanuel, who majored in kinesiology, received his doctor of physical therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, then entered the orthopedic physical therapy residency program at the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. Emmanuel and Taylor launched the clinic with the goal of giving back to their community. “When I completed my residency training in the fall of 2020, all I had was a table and my hands. If I could achieve that, I figured, how many more people could I help feel better if I had a clinic?” Emmanuel says of the opening of Elite Alliance.
