The movie has been screened at 14 different festivals and events as of now, including the Montreal Independent Film Festival, the Hip Hop Film Festival and Diversity in Cannes. The film won the Best Short Jury Award from the Paris Independent Film Festival and Toronto Independent Festival of Cift, and is the Black Lives Matter Short winner for Phoenix Monthly Shorts. Brittney, a theater major, has worked as an actor, teaching artist and voice actor around the world, including Atlanta, Georgia; Beijing, China; and Cape Town, South Africa.
