Recruiting class
Twenty players signed national letters of intent to play football for the Mean Green in 2007. Among the class are 18 high school seniors and two transfers, all who played their high school ball in Texas. The class won a combined 10 state titles and 47 playoff games last season.
"We knew we could get quality football players to come to North Texas, but we wanted to make sure we also signed young men with character, and that is exactly what we did," says head coach Todd Dodge. "We addressed needs at every position and we believe that this group has the ability to be something truly special."
